The hotel's location was perfect, close to all amenities, with quick and easy check-in. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated, but unfortunately, they were ridiculously dark and barely lit. The service from the staff was the most engaging and welcoming I've ever experienced in a hotel. However, the dining options were seriously lacking despite the advertising promising a lovely spread. The facilities were up to the standard I have grown to expect from Premier Inns, but the dining experience left much to be desired.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for exploring the city, but there was construction work going on beside the hotel. The dining experience was great value for money with freshly cooked dishes. The service was very nice with a smile, reassuring, and kind, especially accommodating when we needed an additional room and allowing me to store baby food in the freezer. The location was good, just a 10-minute walk from the station and close to attractions like the cathedral, Transport Museum, and Ikea. The dining experience was cooked freshly to order, avoiding the hassle of buffets. Overall, a great stay with some minor dining improvements needed.
